come from increased strength, but what holds us back? If I could
point to a single most influential factor in your success for this
kind of training, it would be - you can't do it alone. Not only
do I mean that you need the support of the people who are closest
to you, but after 12 years of personal training, I have found that
the people who REALLY DO IT and STICK WITH IT are the people who
do it in the context of a social network. We really need
each other. Isn't that great news?
