Good day all, I just want to let you that we have 3 people who just finished bootcamp - Leanne lost 13 lbs in the first two weeks, and her husband Jerry (who is the proud owner of new pair of pants) lost 18 lbs on bootcamp! FANTASTIC WORK! I just love that they did it together as a couple! Not to be left out, Peter has also lost an impressive 10 lbs on bootcamp, and while that is great work on his part, let me add that Peter is diabetic and really had to be careful about how he did the program, and STILL had awesome results (thank you in part to his wife who prepares a lot of his meals). And of course, Maaike, who has been on the program for 8 weeks is still losing steady and going strong! She is down a total of 9 1/8" and has lost 10 1/2 lbs! I have to let you know that Maaike has no desire to know what she weighs, so she stands backward while I weigh her :-) because I knew that she's want to know the LOSS, if not the number on the scale. And more importantly, she is feeling so good about herself! I love watching you all transform from the nervous beginner into the confident go-getter! Have a great day!

I am 28 years old and just had my third little girl in March. I weighed 163 pounds the day I started the program (I didn't do boot camp because I was nursing) I dropped 13 pounds in the first 2-3 weeks! To date I have lost 25 pounds (in 2 months 1 week) I have lost 7 inches off of my hips and waist. It is such a wonderful feeling to catch your husband checking you out! Besides the weight coming off, I noticed very quickly that I FELT so good! I had way more energy, I felt positive and upbeat. I've noticed more definition in my muscle tone. My skin seems tighter, it's evened out and many of the blemishes and discolored areas are clear. At the risk of sounding cliche, I am glowing! It seems like a fantastic circle where I'm feeling better so I'm more motivated to take good care of myself. I've started to put effort into my appearance again and I've had MANY wonderful comments from friends and strangers. (I've had a couple of people not recognize me!) Knowing that this isn't just a crash diet, that I am providing my body with what it needs to run efficiently is very rewarding! My mom is now starting her own experience and I am so excited for her! I know it will change her life! I have quite a few other friends interrested, how could they not be when they see the change in me! I have been doing this since June 2/07 and to date I have lost 9.4 lbs and 12 inches in total. Other than watching what I am eating even though I do still crave the grease, I have limited my sugar and alcohol intake. Feel so much better. I walk a few times a week and go to a pilates class once a week. I do notice the difference in my skin. Its nice to got to the store and be able to buy a small or medium size shirt that before I was large and sometimes an extra large (depending on the cut). Thanks and have a nice weekend. Jennifer |
