Having trouble controlling those snacking fits at night?
You may want to get a head start on our program with the
following tip from the Controlling our Snacks page: Take
a moment before you sign off this webpage to THROW OUT anything
with sugar in the first three ingredients (this will include
granola bars, muffins, most "low fat" snacks, most packaged
dairy products, most juices... Take 10 minutes to go through
your cupboards. I know it seems a little wasteful, but trust
me - these foods are not worthy of the incredible body that
has been entrusted to you for your daily purposes. YOU ARE
WORTH MORE than these health-stealing foods. Just toss them,
and replace them with fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and
other snacks that don't have sugar. THIS WILL ALSO DO WONDERS
FOR THAT LATE-NIGHT SNACK-ATTACK. It's just impossible to
snack on sugar that isn't there!
